  • Construction Mez/Pref – Multifamily, student housing and pre-leased commercial developments

Term 2 to 5 years fully extended term as determined by sponsor’s business plan
Amortization Interest Only available based on business plan and leverage
Prepayment Flexible
Leverage Up to 85% on select opportunities
